Description

The Northwest Black History Committee and Vibrant Community in partnership with the Peoria Arts and Culture Committee present the 25thannual Multicultural Festival on March 9 in Peoria.

Over the past 24years, the event has featured beloved artists like; The Mighty Clouds of Joy, War, CeCe Peniston, Joe McBride, Ramsey Lewis, Stanley Jordan, Bobby Rush, Carl Carlton, Tierra, Little Joe y La Familia and many others. The festival also includes art, dance, vendors, food, medical screenings, and community awareness stations. To offset the rising cost of products and services, tickets are $10, kids under 10 are free.

We will definitely be there to support with a registration table. If you would like to volunteer at our table during the event, please register now!

Once you register for the event, you'll receive an event sheet at least 3 days prior to the event date with all the details on what to wear, where to meet, etc.

Are you able to pick up the promotional materials the week before the event? What about drop them off with DNA staff after the event? This would be a huge help! These logistical details make volunteer events possible. If you can help out in this way, let us know at volunteers@dnaz.org

Can't make the exact shift time? Have other questions? Contact volunteers@dnaz.com with any questions or concerns.
