Stride for Sight

The Foundation for Blind Children serves the blind and visually impaired of all ages, from birth to currently 102 years old. As the only agency of its kind in Arizona, the Foundation for Blind Children is an essential resource to families and children with blindness or low vision.

The Foundation for Blind Children will host a a timed 5K and a relaxed 1-mile walk held in Scottsdale which will help fund their comprehensive programs.

We will definitely be there to support with a registration table. If you would like to volunteer at our table, please register now! Those volunteering at the table will not be able to participate in the runs. If you'd rather be a part of the race - that's great too! Once you register for the event, you'll receive an event sheet at least 3 days prior to the event date with all the details on what to wear, where to meet, etc. 

 

Are you able to pick up the promotional materials the week before the event? What about drop them off with DNA staff after the event? This would be a huge help! These logistical details make volunteer events possible. If you can help out in this way, let us know at volunteers@dnaz.org
