Jax was born on April 17, 2019 and passed on August 18, 2021 at only 16 months of age. He was a recipient of a heart transplant on July 2019 because of a rare genetic disease, a characteristic of William's Syndrome. Jax was at Phoenix Children's Hospital a majority of his life and became known at Jax the Warrior. He was loved by so many!
