We’ve been invited to participate in an upcoming employee health and wellness fair and would love to have Donate Life / Done Vida AZ represented. Tucson Airport Authority is partnering with CHWP to coordinate its Annual Health and Wellness Fair at Tucson International Airport, and they’ve extended a personal invitation for us to exhibit.
This expo-style event is a great opportunity to connect with employees, share information about organ and tissue donation, and engage with a diverse, family-focused workforce as attendees visit vendor booths and explore wellness resources.
WHEN: Thursday, Feb. 19, from 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
VENDOR SETUP: 8–8:55 a.m.
WHERE: 7250 S. Tucson Blvd., Suite 300, Tucson, AZ 85756
LOCATION: Indoors, in the Gallery
ABOUT THE FAIR: Tucson Airport Authority has more than 300 employees working on-site, and the fair is also open to all airport employees—bringing the total audience to approximately 700 attendees. Wellness is a high priority for TAA, with incentives and annual health screenings offered to employees. The expected audience breakdown is approximately 60% male and 40% female, with an average age of 40. About 35% of attendees have children at home, and the employee population reflects a diverse ethnic background—making this a strong opportunity to reach engaged individuals and families.
Once registered, you’ll receive an event sheet prior to the fair with details on what to wear, where to meet, and more.
Are you able to pick up promotional materials the week before the event and drop them off with DNA staff afterward? These logistical details help keep volunteer events running smoothly, and your support truly makes a difference.
Can’t make the full shift time or have questions? Please contact us anytime at volunteers@dnaz.org.
