Pendergast Elementary School District, in partnership with CHWP, is hosting its Annual Health Fair, and we’ve been invited to be part of this engaging event to connect with employees and share information about organ and tissue donation. This expo-style fair will welcome staff as they visit vendor booths, explore wellness resources, and learn about benefits available to them and their families.
WHEN: Wednesday, Feb. 4, from 12:30–3 p.m.
VENDOR SETUP: 11:30 a.m.–12:15 p.m.

LOCATION: Outdoor courtyard
The district serves approximately 925 employees, with an even 50/50 male-to-female breakdown and an average age of 45 for men and 40 for women. More than half of attendees have children at home, making this a great opportunity to reach a family-focused and engaged audience.
Once you’re registered, you’ll receive an event sheet at least three days prior with details on what to wear, where to meet, and more.
Are you able to pick up promotional materials the week before the event? Could you drop them off with DNA staff afterward? These logistical details keep volunteer events running smoothly—and your support truly makes a difference!
