Join us for our Volunteer Speakers Workshop! Instead of our usual 10 minute speech format, we will focus on preparing for situations when you may have a limited time to make a lasting impact on your audience. We'll also review different narrative structures, donation language and speaking opportunities. DNA Spokesperson and Community Engagement and Communication Supervisor Nico Santos will lead the training. Lunch will be served for those attending in person at the DNA Tempe office.
If you would like to share your story at public speaking events hosted by DNA and DNA's partners, please consider attending! If possible, we recommend that you attend this training in person, but you are welcome to listen in virtually if needed.
