Join us for the 2025 TMC Meet Me Downtown 5k Night Run/Walk and the Festival of Miles. We will beat the heat and have a registration table at this evening event on Saturday, May 31 in Downtown Tucson. We'll be there to invite the 23,000 runners and their supports to register as organ and tissue donors!
Event Information
Be part of the biggest running party in dynamic Downtown Tucson! Whether you're rolling solo, hanging with friends, or making it a family night out, we've got you covered. If you're interested in running/walking the 5k - great! You can both volunteer at the table and then step away for the run. You can sign up to run the race here. See the Saturday timeline here:
- In-Person Registration and Packet Pickup at the Children's Museum, 200 South Sixth Avenue, Downtown Tucson
- 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm: Free entry to Children's Museum for kids and parents
- Ongoing: vendor expo, concert from dance maven, Gigi and The Glow, plus announcing by Starlight Deejays, food trucks, kids activities, Pueblo Vida Beer Garden, and more
- 5:00 - 6:30 Registration and Packet Pickup, 200 South Sixth Avenue
- 6:00 pm Start Open Mile Race
- 6:15 pm: Free Running Shop High School Mile by HOKA and Junior High Race
- 6:30 pm: Free SAR FitKidz Mile
- 7:00 pm: TMC 5k Run/Walk/Roll
- 8:30 or so: Awards Overall and Age Group awards courtesy of The Running Shop Prize Money courtesy of TMC and Run Tucson
- 9:30: Wrap up or Hang out with friends in Downtown Tucson
Once you register for the event, you'll receive an event sheet at least 3 days prior to the event date with all the details on what to wear, where to meet, etc.
Are you able to pick up the promotional materials the week before the event? What about drop them off with DNA staff after the event? This would be a huge help! These logistical details make volunteer events possible. If you can help out in this way, let us know at volunteers@dnaz.org
