Join us at Chase Field as the Arizona Diamondbacks face off against the Cincinnati Reds! We'll have a registration table on the concourse to hand out promotional items, answer questions about donation, and ask fans to register. Reggie will even be there! This game is a special event celebrating Hispanic Heritage on Saturday, August 23 at 5:10p.m. See the timeline for our table below:
Arrive for set up 2:30 p.m.
Gates open to fans 3 p.m.
Game starts 5:10 p.m.
Pack up by 6:10 p.m.
Once you register for the event, you'll receive an event sheet at least 3 days prior to the event date with all the details on what to wear, where to meet, etc.
Are you able to pick up the promotional materials the week before the event? What about drop them off with DNA staff after the event? This would be a huge help! These logistical details make volunteer events possible. If you can help out in this way, let us know at volunteers@dnaz.org
