Opportunities From: Donor Network of Arizona

Volunteer: Phoenix Marathon Expo

The Phoenix Marathon expo will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025 from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM at Phoenix Convention Center. Each runner must present a valid photo ID or a copy of their confirmation email in order to pick-up their bib, timing chip, and race shirt. This makes it a perfect opportunity for our team to attend and ask to see that license one more time to check for a donor heart! We will have freebies to hand out and of course offer information about donation and the chance to register. Sign up now to join us!

Once you register for the event, you'll receive an event sheet at least 3 days prior to the event date with all the details on what to wear, where to meet, etc.
Are you able to pick up the promotional materials the week before the event? What about drop them off with DNA staff after the event? This would be a huge help! These logistical details make volunteer events possible. If you can help out in this way, let us know at volunteers@dnaz.org
Can't make the exact shift time? Have other questions? Contact volunteers@dnaz.com with any questions or concerns.
Thank you for being a Donate Life / Done Vida AZ Volunteer

Volunteer: Donation Education Presenter Training

New Volunteer Opportunity: Become a Donation Education Presenter

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new way to get involved! Donor Network of Arizona is looking for volunteers to lead Donation Education sessions with high school students and community partners.

As a presenter, you’ll be trained to share the basics of donation: how the process works, why it matters, and how we can all honor the lifesaving legacy of organ and tissue donors. During training, you’ll have the chance to ask questions, practice different parts of the presentation and receive feedback in a supportive environment.

Saturday, Dec. 13
9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
DNA Rio Office, Tempe
A light breakfast will be provided

Please note: Due to the interactive nature of this training, a virtual option is not available. No previous speaking experience is required—just bring your passion for sharing the importance of donation. Training session limited to 12 attendees.
